Nathan was impressive right from the moment we met with him. His appraisal of our home and our suburb was extremely well researched and he spent a very generous amount of time stepping us through the process of selling, timelines and professional assistance that is available in bringing the home to market, eg staging. His knowledge of our suburb and sales history for the area was faultless. An easy, open, honest communicator, courteous and reliable at all times. Nathan made our experience of selling our home a very happy, smooth process. I absolutely, without hesitation, recommend Nathan to anyone considering selling or buying a property. An absolutely delightful, extremely professional young man with great enthusiasm and dedication to his work. We were so glad he was our Real Estate Agent.

"A True Professional!"
Nathan was very professional and at the same time friendly about helping me to list and sell my home. Often he would give the market outlook or benchmarks, but when questioned further, was careful but willing to express his personal opinion about what I should do next. I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions, but when it was urgent or important, he would bring it up to my attention with just the right emphasis. Overall, I would highly recommend using Nathan's services.

Nathan & his team were extremely knowledgable of the local market & were extremely diligent at keeping us updated throughout the selling process.
