I highly recommend Neil if you are considering the sale of your property, or even when looking to purchase. He was genuine and honest throughout the whole process. I truly felt he aimed for the best outcome for both the seller and buyer. I would use Neil again if I was looking to sell property.

From start to end, Neil was incredibly professional, clear and an excellent communicator. Between open houses he would touch base and check in, communicating and clarifying any queries I had throughout the process. Even after the sale, Neil continued to check in and see how I was traveling, relaying further queries to the Vendors including silly things like how to operate a fan remote! He was really easy to work with and I was reassured by his thorough knowledge of the market. I couldn't recommend Neil more highly to anyone looking to sell or purchase one of his listings. You'll get an Agent who even calls on the day of settlement to say, "Happy Settlement Day!" 10/10!
