We kept an eye on the market in our area for a year and noticed a trend. Nick was managing to sell the same homes as everyone else but much quicker and for a greater price. We then got Nick to be our agent and from the get go he was honest to us about market conditions and prices and gave us no false promises or false hope. He got us the price we wanted even after the boom had ended and the market went cold. He was transparent, honest, understanding and honorable to us and the buyer. We wouldn't recommend another agent! We'll be using him in future to sell for us if we decide to sell again. Great guy and very trustworthy. Thanks again Nick!
