My wife and I would like to offer this letter of recommendation for Frank Bartolone and Nick Alexopoulos. They both showed exemplary professionalism, competency, honesty and diligence when selling our home. Franks feedback was always of the highest standard and we felt like his most important clients. His advice and honest approach, attention to detail made us comfortable with the selling process and significantly contributed to the results achieved. We would have no hesitation in recommending both Frank and Nick to anyone wishing to sell their home.
We are more than happy to acknowledge the tenacious efforts of Frank, Nick & his team during the sale of our home. After monitoring the local market closely prior to listing our home, we felt a little underwhelmed with the sold prices achieved by other agencies for comparable and superior properties to our own, however, Frank agreed we had a unique product to supply the local market. It was evident through his passion and enthusiasm that he believed in our property as much as we did and this meant a great deal to us. To witness Frank and Nicks genuine excitement upon viewing our property restored all confidence. The team did not disappoint in providing a service and marketing strategy that paralleled both our product and expectations. Franks skill and extensive area knowledge was evident in the manner in which he qualified suitable buyers discerningly thus isolating quality purchasers and delivering a healthy volume of registered bidders on auction day. We are convinced, Frank, Nick and his team achieved the best price for our property, with the hammer falling well above reserve. This could not have been possible without their unwavering professionalism throughout. We would not hesitate to work with them again in the future and endorse the outstanding reputation they have deservedly attained in the industry.
I am writing to thank you and your staff for the way in which you handled the sale of our property at 137 Humphries Road St Johns Park. I appreciated the professional manner you handled every aspect of the sale including: Your communication You liaising with us in the process of open houses Achieving a good sales price for the property Your charming staff were helpful and made the whole transaction very pleasant. Your professionalism and attitude were impressive from day one. We were kept informed of the proceedings the whole way through the process and you both made themselves available to us at any time. Thank you for always making us feel like your number one client. You went above and beyond for us on countless occasions, which we greatly appreciate. To summarise, we are extremely happy with the way you handled our sale and we would not hesitate to recommend you both to anyone looking for the best agent.
Nick Alexopoulos and Frank Bartolone are BRILLIANT. They are professional, trustworthy and good listeners. They kept us informed every step of the sales process. We first met Nick over 12 years ago with the sale of our previous property, so when we decided to sell our current property we had no hesitation in calling Nick to represent us. From the first meeting with Nick and Frank they were brilliant, they explained the current market conditions with facts and data analysis relevant to our property, explained their strategy and listened to our thoughts and expectations. We put our total trust in their professional knowledge and ability and can say that the result exceeded our expectations. We recommend Nick Alexopoulos and Frank Bartolone to any person wishing to sell as they are the best in the business. BRILLIANT.
We were referred to Nick Alexopoulos by a friend to assist in selling our home. Nicks expertise was invaluable in guiding us through the complex area of marketing presenting our house in the best light to the market. He was professional in all our dealings successfully locating a buyer for our home. We would recommend Nick and McGrath with total confidence.
Nick was the only reason we had such a successful and stress free sale, his knowledge and eagerness to help in every way was very appreciated. He went beyond for us with his advice and we will definitely be using his services in the future.
Excellent knowledge of the market, hard working agent with excellent communication skills and constantly focus on the sale. Very professional in his job without any dramas or stories... He was from the beginning accurate on his figures, something very important for the seller and buyer, and was very professional during all the stages of our auction. Hard working and did unplanned open house as well to accommodate buyers requests. I do recommend Nick and McGrath Parramatta not just for their hard work and professionalism but also for their dedication and their attitude
My experience with Nick was fantastic. His attention to detail and the care he took to communicate with us at every step was (and still is) greatly appreciated. Having bought a house recently it only highlighted the level of professionalism to us. Nick and his team were completely professional and their work leading up to and on the day of the auction was amazing.
A professional service was given at all stages of the sales process. Thank you for achieving an excellent sales price and making this experience a positive one. I highly recommend Nick and his team.
We kept an eye on the market in our area for a year and noticed a trend. Nick was managing to sell the same homes as everyone else but much quicker and for a greater price. We then got Nick to be our agent and from the get go he was honest to us about market conditions and prices and gave us no false promises or false hope. He got us the price we wanted even after the boom had ended and the market went cold. He was transparent, honest, understanding and honorable to us and the buyer. We wouldn't recommend another agent! We'll be using him in future to sell for us if we decide to sell again. Great guy and very trustworthy. Thanks again Nick!
