Nick Colasante sold us our first apartment in Oakleigh at the beginning of 2019. From the first viewing it was clear that Nick was a cut above the rest. We weren't certain at first about buying but Nick was always patient and willing to show us apartments. He was always on time and always responsive to any questions we had. He understood how stressful it is buying your first apartment. Once we decided to purchase, Nick took us through the process with ease and was extremely helpful throughout. He was patient throughout the negotiation process and even after the purchase and settlement, Nick still followed up with us to make sure we were happy and that everything (down to the last detail) was taken care of.
