"I have no hesitation in recommending Nick Moraitis"

Nick Moraitis was the agent through whom I bought my investment property in Mallett St Camperdown. As a purchaser, I found him to be professional and easy to deal with. After almost five years of owning this property, I knew I could entrust him to sell my investment property when the time was right. Nick Moraitis did an excellent job planning my sales campaign. He was punctual and diligent in organising the marketing material, hosting the open homes and in reporting back to me regularly on the interest shown by potential buyers. This was my first experience going to auction and Nick ensured that I was adequately consulted throughout the process. We achieved a most satisfactory purchase price at auction and credit must go to Nick for helping me achieve that. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick Moraitis to you as a property sales professional who is extremely easy to work with.

"What a result!"

Dear Nick, Just a note to say how grateful we were for your service selling our house. I really appreciated the information flow which detailed every interaction with potential buyers. Auction day was always going to be a stressful and dramatic time, but having all that detailed feedback, verbal and written, kept the stress to an absolute minimum. We had all the benefits of a large scale and professional agency, but with a friendly knowledgeable and positive face to engage with the process - the best of both worlds. We felt listened to and able to contribute our own strengths to the sales campaign, as well as able to rely on all the mechanics of contracts, advertising, managing the expectations of buyers etc. being dealt with without any pain. And what a result! Sold well over reserve at a fiercely competitive auction, the second best sales price in the inner west during that week. Couldn't imagine a better result! Well done.

"A great real estate agent and a lovely person"

Nick is a great real estate agent and a lovely person, a man who excels for his honesty, work-rate and knowledge. As our agent, Nick was always looking to do what was right by us, from the arrangement of the inspection times to suit our working hours and family commitments, to the feedback he'd give from prospective buyers and his up to date assessment of where the market was at. But what we valued most was Nick's honesty - the way he would always keep us in the loop with how the inspections were performing, and where things were headed with the auction. We never felt we were in the dark with regards to our property, and we never felt shut out of the process. He was also ALWAYS available on the phone to offer advice or answer a question. In terms of work-rate, we couldn't have hoped for a better agent. In fact we couldn't imagine anyone working harder for our sale. His hands-on approach meant he was always dealing with the prospective buyers directly, so it was like he was representing us personally. He is not the type of agent to let a junior salesperson do the legwork and then take the glory. He would organise extra inspection dates if required. He would explain to us the benefits of styling the property and doing some extra touch ups before inspection, so that we could present it as best we could, and he would arrange all of this with via his contacts in a way that suited our busy lifestyles and our budget. We thoroughly appreciated the advice he gave with regards to the presentation of our property and we are certain it lifted our property value substantially. Overall, it was Nick's indefatigable stamina, his willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty and to push the property until the very last minute that was so impressive. He was responding to prospective buyers' requests to see the property on the day of auction, and during the auction itself, he and his staff were on hand to facilitate the bidding with a top rate auctioneer. The auction itself went beyond our expectations in terms of number of bidders and final sale price. Last but not least, Nick's experience is second to none. His advice regarding things like setting a reserve price and setting a price guide for buyers was spot on, and worked strategically in our favour to get the best possible price (a record for our building). He also knows the inner west intimately. When comparing our property to other sales in the area he could give us a precise, detailed comparison, and from there, help work out a strategy to get the most from our property and play to its strengths. But also important, Nick's experience was a calming factor in a stressful time. He has a great manner that puts you at ease instantly - always respectful and approachable and friendly. You always feel you are in the best hands with Nick, his experience sets your mind at ease and his personable approach makes the process as stress-free as it can be. And he will sell your property with the determination he would his own. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone thinking of Selling in the Inner West.

"Beyond what I had imagined"

Hi Nick, I first met Nick when he was selling a property in the block next to mine and I went to have a look more out of curiosity than anything else. When I decided to sell my own property six months later, I thought of Nick straight away as his friendly manner, thorough approach and knowledge of the area stood out in my memory. Nick Moraitis is a nice guy. You can tell when you first speak with him. He is genuine and sincere. He is also a true professional. He is always on time. He returns your calls promptly, deals with your issues quickly and updates you regularly. Selling ones property is a very stressful event. You are anxious and insecure about what can happen.
