"Calm, Knowledgeable a great all-round Agent"

Selling and buying a house is often the biggest financial decision of your life. This decision was made so much easier with having an agent like Nick Walker from RT Edgar. From the beginning he gave me a good estimate and advice on the current market and ways to improve my chances of selling. Nothing was too difficult for him and the team at RT Edgar. Nick is an outstanding person and agent. You will love to have him on your team.

"Provides amazing outcomes"

Recently I decided to sell the property to pursue other investments. RT Edgar Boroondara Sell team has delivered a fantastic outcome. Nick has been very knowledgable, provided the right advice for my circumstance and my property.I was very happy that Nick and James handled all the opens and they have attracted and engaged the right buyers. We were a bit reluctant with Openn Negotiation at first, but trusted Nick's instinct and knowledge. It has delivered a great outcome for us.

"Local Knowledge"

We appointed Nick as our agent based on his local knowledge and unique sales strategy during an uncertain time of impending lockdowns. His Openn Negotiation (online auction) strategy yielded a great result and his work ethic and communication throughout the campaign was outstanding. Would highly recommend Nick Walker and the RT Edgar team if you are looking for an experienced, trustworthy and hardworking agent

"Fantastic resuls"

We recently used the services of RT Edgar for the sale of our house in Collingwood. Nick Walker and James Delbridge were the agents who managed the sale of our property. Both agents were highly professional, competent, and were a pleasure to deal with. Our first meeting with Nick set the scene for our campaign, and within a day, we had a formal proposal and timetable which we happily accepted.Nick and James were able to assist us by recommending various workmen and stylist.

"Just the facts and keeping it real!"

It was such a pleasure to work with Nick with the sale of our property in Collingwood. From day one, Nick gave us confidence, there was no Real Estate jargon, just the facts and keeping it real! We were guided by Nick throughout the process of Openn Negotiation which was totally new to us and a bit unnerving at first. But, we trusted Nick's judgement and it worked out so well for us. Nick worked really hard on our sale, following up leads, giving us constant feedback. Thanks Nick!
