"Nicola, a property manager from Forsyth to avoid."
Having Nicky from Forsyth as a property manager and dealing with her is always awful unfortunately. She is rude and dismissive in all correspondence, and gatekeeps emails about concerns from reaching the people in Forsyth and the property owner who need to see there is an issue. I've been renting properties without any issues at all for 25+ years now and in that time Nicky has been the only property manager we have ever had who is so unprofessional and unashamedly rude to us as rental tenants :(
