From the very first day that we met Nicolas we found him to be genuine, polite and he had a very good understanding of the area and a thorough understanding of the market. From listing our property, selling it and post the sale, Nicolas always kept us very well informed, he has high degree of professionalism and he was always happy to go above and beyond. Nicolas provided excellent recommendations in regard to timing of the sale, styling and every little detail. We are now working with Nicolas to find our dream up sized home and would definitely recommend Nicolas without any hesitation at all.
