"Exceptional level of professionalism."
Raine & Horne Newtown have been fantastic for us in managing our rental property. Nicole Howell went above and beyond in some very difficult circumstances and maintained an exceptional level of professionalism. Her knowledge, experience and hard work were vital to a good outcome for us and we are very thankful for her ongoing management of our home. I would highly recommend her and the team if you need someone to manage a property for rent.

I rented a property in Newtown for 18 months. Raine & Horne were the property managers. The experience and service I had with Raine & Horne - more in particular - Nicole and Sara was brilliant. From signing my lease, to giving notice to vacate, both Nicole and Sara helped with any questions or problems that I had. I've never rented before, and heard from friends on their experiences of vacating from other real estates. I had nil problems what so ever with Raine & Horne AT ALL. When I return to Newtown, I'll be finding a property managed from Nicole and Sara to rent, without a doubt.

"Great management team"
Raine & Horne have always been my agent, renting my Newtown unit for me for over 10 yrs as I didn't know how to cope with any problems tenants may have. I always begrudged the fees they charged ...until now. A problem the tenant had that the Body Corporate virtually ignored, then Fair Trading became involved.. TaDah!!! Along came Nicole Howell on her trusty white steed, organised the tradie at a very good price, solved the problem, soothed the tenant, all smooth again. No ifs ,buts, you owe me,just quietly efficiently sorted it all. Many thanks ,Nicole I owe you a lot Shona Esson
