"Outstanding service, best Property Manager we have ever had!"
Nikita McDonald is the best property manager we have ever had over the 15 years of renting property. Having had the experience of the larger property managers and feeling extremely frustrated with the service we turned to Nikita after reading the many reviews about her. We now live in NSW and were serious about finding someone that would actually treat our rental apartment as if it was their own and Nikita really does that, she meets our needs perfectly. Nikita managed all the necessary work to be done in preparing our apartment for the next tenants. She made a lot of effort to familiarise herself with our apartment, I am sure she knows the place as well as us (it was our home before becoming a rental). Nikita is a stand out when it comes to service, communicating about matters and being easily contactable and most of all she cares. She gives regular updates on any matters she is managing. I truly feel we have finally found someone that does what they say they will do for the property management fees, something that was lacking enormously with the previous property managers, who in our experience wanted to do the barest minimum but still take their fees. We both feel very relieved and much less stressed knowing that our property is in such excellent hands.

Nikita helped us to rented out our rental property during COVID lockdown time. Despite of the challenging time she managed to get us a tenant within a short time frame. She is an excellent communicator, always keep us inform of the renting situation. She also follow up issues that we have with our property with the relevant parties in a timely and professional manner. We really appreciate her excellent service. She is highly recommended!

"Look no further!"
If you are looking for a property manager and, like we were, feeling pretty unimpressed with a bunch of real estate agents who treat rentals as a sideline to their more important business, then PLEASE try Nikita of Living Melbourne Property. Nikita is energetic, enthusiastic and very professional. She basically took away the stress we were facing of moving interstate by taking over sourcing and coordinating tradespeople to prepare our property for rent, maintaining that this is part of the role of Property Manager (a service unheard of in our former experiences with larger, well-known agencies). Nikita worked evenings and weekends to get our property rent-ready and advertised within a week of us moving out! Her fees were the cheapest we were quoted and she secured great tenants for us within a week at $50 more a week than other agencies were prepared to advertise. We cannot recommend Nikita and Living Melbourne Property highly enough. She is exactly what this industry needs as a shake up and is a breath of fresh air in property management.
