"Good Old Fashioned Customer Service"
Nikki went above and beyond to help us secure a rental that we love and is dedicated to getting the right people into the right homes. Whilst we have only recently started renting through Nikki, what I value most about her is that she is friendly and approachable. She treats you like a person, not a number. She is prompt to deal with any issues, is fair and empathetic. As a woman in my 50s, I appreciate good old fashioned customer service, which is exactly what you get from Nikki!

"A Property Manager Who Truly Cares"
Ive had a really positive experience with Nikki. She is approachable, calm, and genuinely considerate of the people living in the home, which makes a big difference in day-to-day renting. Communication has always been clear and respectful, and any questions or concerns are responded to promptly. It feels like there is a good balance between professionalism and understanding, which creates a more stable and supportive tenancy experience.

"Kind, professional and understanding"
Our realestate agent Nikki does a fantastic job with finding the right people for every home, we where lucky enough to land a beautiful property through Lj Hooker in a housing crisis. I personally have found that every inspection is thorough but also easy as Nikki removes the pressure that most agents put on clients these days. Nikki has clear communication with the systems that the company uses, aswell as weather warnings and staying up to date with existing maintenance. A true once in a lifetime realestate agent that you'll be lucky to have. She is kind, professional aswell as understanding that we may not own the home but supports us with being able to look after the property and has the best interest for both owners and renters. Highly recommend her for all property management as she works towards making every process as smooth as possible and continues to be the kind of person this world needs more of.

"Complete peace of miond"
Working with Nikki as my property manager has been an outstanding experience from day one. She is consistently proactivemaintenance issues are addressed quickly, and Im always kept fully informed about whats happening and why. Throughout the leasing process, I felt supported and well?briefed at every stage, from advertising and open inspections to shortlisting applicants and selecting the right tenant. Her communication is always clear, timely, and transparent, and Ive never felt like my questions or concerns were brushed aside. One of the biggest demonstrations of Nikkis professionalism was her total management of a significant insurance building repair job. She coordinated trades, handled the insurers requirements, kept me updated at every step, and ensured the work was completed to a high standard with minimal disruption. What could have been a stressful, time?consuming process was handled smoothly and confidently, giving me complete peace of mind. What stands out most is the genuine care Nikki shows for both my investment and the people involved. She takes the time to explain legislation, rights, and responsibilities, and she has gone above and beyond on several occasions to resolve issues fairly and respectfully. Its refreshing to work with a property manager who truly takes pride in doing the job properly, and I feel very fortunate to have my property in such capable hands.

"Genuine kindness and hard work"
Nikki Lee is the best property manager weve ever had! Shes prompt in her responses and communication and makes us feel respected as tenants. Shes a genuine individual who is kind, and friendly in every interaction. She is professional and hard working and we especially appreciate her being punctual at every property visit. In the past we have had property managers who turn up hours and even days late to a property inspection, with little to no communication, leaving us feeling disregarded as tenants. With Nikki, we have appreciated the professionalism in which she communicates and follows through on plans, but also her personality has made it a real pleasure to work with her. We couldnt ask for a better property manager, we are genuine grateful for her and her hard work.

"Professional and friendly"
Nikki has been our property manager for close to the past 6 years. She is such a professional and friendly person to deal with. Any issues we have ever had she has dealt with extremely quickly. Her communication is amazing, always informing us well in advance of anything we need to know. Nikki has always made us feel comfortable with any routine inspections. She recently went above and beyond to help us find a new rental property, in this current market, our little family were extremely grateful
