We first met Nyree 17 years ago when she was a junior administration assistant, fresh out of school, at Ray White Cleveland. We have seen her progress into sales and her career blossom and flourish. Over the years, we have seen more and more For Sale signs with Nyree's name. Nyree seems to dominate the local market, and we can see why.We have seen her get fantastic results for many of our neighbours. Naturally, when it was time for us to sell, we went straight to Nyree. From the initial consultation, the marketing campaign, the open house's, the process was a breeze and I could have been happier the marketing and supporting video. She presented our property in the best possible light. But where Nyree truly shone, was once she identified an interested buyer. She micro-managed constant contact with the buyer and kept us in the loop every step of the way. She attended building and pest inspections, so she was fully across every issue. It is no wonder that Nyree is one of the most sought after agents in the Redlands!While my Grandparents are excited to move into their Retirement Village, selling their home of 17 years was always going to be an emotional experience for our family. I knew that Nyree had a strong reputation after being referred to me my 2 separate friends. Nyree's portfolio and achievements are fantastic though I must say that it is Nyree's compassion and care for her clients that truly set her apart. Nyree's passion for Real Estate is obvious and infectious and her communication was exceptional - timely, detailed and professional. I received phone calls, voicemails, text messages and photo updates - Nyree was incredible at keeping me in the loop at every stage in the process. To top it all off; we had 2 offers on the table within 48 hours of the house going on the market (7 days before the open home was even scheduled!)!
