"sub standard"
Not capable of the job required of her, nor does she get her facts correct. Pleasant young lady, but needs to either try a whole lot harder, or look at a different career.

Olivier was not up to the task of managing inspections, or ensuring that inspections were carried out properly, or following up on any repairs, cleaning etc. She also should get her 'facts' correct, when stating that tenants are present at inspections, when they were clearly not. To many 'excuses', and not enough positive direction. I hope that if Olivier choses to stay in this industry, that with the correct guidance, she learns how to be professional, and look after her clients the way 'she,' would want to be looked after if the roles were reversed. I wish her well.
