Our relationship with Oren Flamm and Hodges Real Estate goes back a long way therefore when it was time to sell our unit he was the one we called. And sell he did .... Oren sold it before auction. Good on him and what a pleasure it was working with him. A real estate agent who listens to you, advises you correctly and supports you is a person you need in this instance. Selling our property was quite emotional, but Oren took us under his wing and supported us through the whole process. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Thanks Oren

Oren did a fantastic job marketing and selling our property. Prior to getting the listing, his estimate of the property value was honest and inline with our thoughts. He didn't over quote in order to get the listing and was upfront and honest with us during the whole marketing campaign. The final result was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Oren was a delight to deal with, knowledgeable, understanding and very easy to deal with from beginning to end. I followed his recommendations to paint and stage the property and within 2 weeks of listing i received a written offer 200k above my auction reserve and so the auction was cancelled!
