Owen our property manager is such an amazing person and understands the situation. As a rental tenant we never had any issues throughout our tenancy and we will highly recommend living prospect point cook.
Owen is fantastic to deal with. Is courteous, prompt at returning calls, and is helpful with answering my many questions :)
I deal with Owen at living prospect and I couldn't be happier with his service. They get back to me quickly and are always available to discuss my needs. Their reporting is cutting edge, easy to use and way better than previous property companies I've dealt with. I really feel they have my best interests at heart, and have always found outstanding tenants for my properties.
Owen is amazing at what he did for myself in a very difficult tenancy and helped me move on with minimal time restraints. Highly recommend! And thanks to living prospect realestate team! Thank you once again Owen! Kindest regards, Ash
