Both myself and Adrian were so pleased we made the choice to approach Patrick to sell our home. Out of the many agents that came to give us an appraisal Patrick stood out to be a genuine person that was very knowledgeable and gave us a good feeling about things. In all the years I have been involved in buying and selling properties, I have to admit by far Patrick has been the most dedicated, diligent and service orientated real estate agent I have had the privilege to engage in selling my property. Not only Patrick kept the communication lines open at all times and consistently kept me informed of all the activities associated with the property, but also worked extremely hard outside normal working hours to sell my property. His true dedication, incredible professionalism and record sale of my property which was not easy to sell due to being tenanted is a testament to Point Cook Real Estate emerging as the best real estate in the area. He also continued to ensure a smooth path to the settlement process followed and always answered any questions I had with etiquette and in a professional manner. I had tried to sell my property a year before with other agents but without success at my required price, but Patrick achieved an excellent sale price within my range and exceeded my expectations in every way. "First Home Success"

We bought our first home through Patrick. I was told prior to buying that the whole process of buying a property not to mention your first was stressful however with Patrick that wasn't the case, he communicated highly and consistently through out and even while he was moving offices during our settlement he still always found the time to allow us to re inspect. The only thing I didn't like was the blind bid process as you don't know other offers and could be over bidding a lot more than the previous highest bid. Over all it was a pleasure meeting you Patrick thank you for everything.

"Supportive, open and patient."

After two of my three children bought their own homes and moved out, I made the decision to sell our family home in Point Cook in order to downsize. I’d heard from friends about some real estate agents who would say one thing to make you feel comfortable but then would intimate you into selling for a lower price. I was apprehensive but when Patrick came over to my home to value it and he was extremely friendly and relatable from the minute he walked in. My dogs don’t like strangers and bark, and he even managed to make them feel at ease. Patrick organised a VIP night for people to come through to inspect the house. I received a call a day later and the house sold for the price that exceeded my expectations. I was so happy that Patrick was able to sell the house so quickly without advertising! We did have a terrible conveyancer that made the entire situation an unfortunate one, but Patrick was there for support the whole way through. He’s a great, reliable person who truly cares. He is open, honest and is a great communicator. I’m an advocate and would recommend to my family and friends.
