I have had the pleasure of having Patrick Byron from Ray White Real estate assistance in 3 instances over the last 18 months. I have been both the purchaser and vendor. Patrick has always been available by phone and email and keeps you up to date with what is happening. He has gone above the call of duty and even delivered documents for me when I could not arrange it myself. His knowledge of the Botany and surrounding area is spot on. I put my trust in Patrick and Billy Couldwell with the sell of my property while I was overseas and they did more than any agents have ever done for me. I will use them again and again.

I would have no hesitation recommending Patrick Byron to a prospective buyer. He goes above and beyond what would be expected of an agent with regular communication, suggestions and ideas. Patrick is not only enthusiastic about his product, he is genuine, effusive and professional. We were in the unenviable position of being the underbidder on a number of occasions. Patrick not only kept us in the loop as to what was available through his own agency, but also through his contacts with others. When we did purchase, he made his 'tradie' contacts available for us. I would say that Patrick is not your normal agent.

"Smooth transactions and an amazing result"
Patrick understood what our property meant to us - putting the ancestral home up for sale after housing 4 generations is never an easy decision.
