"Best agent in Botany"

I have had the pleasure of having Patrick Byron from Ray White Real estate assistance in 3 instances over the last 18 months. I have been both the purchaser and vendor. Patrick has always been available by phone and email and keeps you up to date with what is happening. He has gone above the call of duty and even delivered documents for me when I could not arrange it myself. His knowledge of the Botany and surrounding area is spot on. I put my trust in Patrick and Billy Couldwell with the sell of my property while I was overseas and they did more than any agents have ever done for me. I will use them again and again.

Patrick was outstanding during the sale of our property. Patrick maintained open communication throughout the whole process and we always feel as though we were Patrick's number one priority! Exceptional service Extraordinary outcome! Patrick listened acted and delivered. I would absolutely without question utilized Patrick's services in the future and therefore highly recommend him. "Not your normal agent"

I would have no hesitation recommending Patrick Byron to a prospective buyer. He goes above and beyond what would be expected of an agent with regular communication, suggestions and ideas. Patrick is not only enthusiastic about his product, he is genuine, effusive and professional. We were in the unenviable position of being the underbidder on a number of occasions. Patrick not only kept us in the loop as to what was available through his own agency, but also through his contacts with others. When we did purchase, he made his 'tradie' contacts available for us. I would say that Patrick is not your normal agent.

"Committed Genuine and Hard Working"

Patrick is a professional, positive, knowledge salesman. Approachable and empathetic to client needs, providing solutions to any problem no matter how big or small. Patrick goes the extra mile to deliver sensational results. The level of detail, accuracy and attention towards my property through marketing techniques and the contract of sale not only gave me the peace of mind but a brilliant outcome. I am truly grateful for the time Patrick invest in my property.

"Smooth transactions and an amazing result"

Patrick understood what our property meant to us - putting the ancestral home up for sale after housing 4 generations is never an easy decision. All stresses and emotional worries were put to rest when Patrick Byron came to help sell the property. Patrick was friendly, knew the market, was straight to the point honest and an extremely good communicator throughout the whole process. Patrick never failed to keep us updated with interested parties and always made sure we were informed of any new activity. Our house 3 Wentworth Ave Mascot sold for record price! I would like to thank Patrick for all his help and would definitely recommend his services to anyone who is seeking to buy or sell their property.

"Best in Botany"

I've had a couple of dealings with Patrick, both buying and selling. His easy nature and outstanding market knowledge make dealing with him an absolute pleasure. The way he and billy work as a team to get the best result for their customer is fantastic. They make the selling/buying process quick, easy and enjoyable. If you want to sell or buy in the botany/mascot area I recommend the best in the business, Patrick and Billy at Ray White Green Square.
