Recently my partner and I made the decision to downsize and move from our home in Buderim to a unit-by-the-sea. Paul Angell was the selling agent for the unit that we purchased. Over the years I have bought, sold and built property on numerous occasions and know first hand that such transactions open us all up to a certain degree of vulnerability both financially and emotionally. Paul (a real Queenslander by birth) moved from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast in 1977. After a 13 year stint with the Department of Defence he ventured into real estate in 1992 starting his career in Caloundra.
