"A true partner throughout the whole journey"

Let's face it. Selling a home is stressful and emotional. And when I faced doing so on my own I was afraid that it would all get a bit much. Naturally my number one priority was to get a good price, but I also wanted to enjoy the process. So I needed an agent who could be a true partner throughout. I observed various real estate agents in action during open homes and auctions. When I came across Paul Conti and his team, I immediately noticed very good team work and sensed a high level of care. Throughout the whole process, even before signing an agency agreement, Paul provided outstanding service. He made recommendations on how to best prepare the property for sale and put me in touch with building and painting services as well as an interior designer to bring out all the great features my property had to offer. He is very well informed about the current state of the Real Estate Market and the dynamics that are at play behind what a layperson would be aware of. I trusted Paul completely, took his advice and it paid off. Paul went above and beyond on many occasions and became a true partner, who supported me every step of the way. After speaking at length to Paul Conti several months ago, there was never any doubt that he would be the one to sell our property. We didn't even look at anyone else. The results speak for themselves and show the expertise that Paul and the whole Ray White team brought to the sale. You are not just employing one person, but rather an entire team who support each other and the vendor, while getting the best price possible. Having been to many, many auctions (and even bidding at some), we can definitely say that there is no local team that compares to them. Paul went above and beyond the call of duty and assisted with things to get the property market ready that we doubt any other agent would have even considered doing. Nothing was a bother.
