I am so glad I selected Paul Conti as my agent to sell my home. With his enthusiasm and long experience in real estate I could not have made a better choice. He put in such effort following up clients and went out of his way to give that little bit extra. His warm personality and big smile helped too. I could not have been happier with the result. Thank you Paul and the Ray White team.
Let's face it. Selling a home is stressful and emotional. And when I faced doing so on my own I was afraid that it would all get a bit much. Naturally my number one priority was to get a good price, but I also wanted to enjoy the process. So I needed an agent who could be a true partner throughout. I observed various real estate agents in action during open homes and auctions. When I came across Paul Conti and his team, I immediately noticed very good team work and sensed a high level of care. Throughout the whole process, even before signing an agency agreement, Paul provided outstanding service. He made recommendations on how to best prepare the property for sale and put me in touch with building and painting services as well as an interior designer to bring out all the great features my property had to offer. He is very well informed about the current state of the Real Estate Market and the dynamics that are at play behind what a layperson would be aware of. I trusted Paul completely, took his advice and it paid off. Paul went above and beyond on many occasions and became a true partner, who supported me every step of the way. I love Pauls passion for property and for people and felt he truly wanted to help me not only get a good result but also have a good experience throughout the whole journey. I would definitely recommend Paul Conti to anyone wishing to sell their home.
After speaking at length to Paul Conti several months ago, there was never any doubt that he would be the one to sell our property. We didn't even look at anyone else. The results speak for themselves and show the expertise that Paul and the whole Ray White team brought to the sale. You are not just employing one person, but rather an entire team who support each other and the vendor, while getting the best price possible. Having been to many, many auctions (and even bidding at some), we can definitely say that there is no local team that compares to them. Paul went above and beyond the call of duty and assisted with things to get the property market ready that we doubt any other agent would have even considered doing. Nothing was a bother. We cannot speak highly enough of Paul and the Ray White Castle Hill team and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to achieve the best results they possibly can on the sale of their property.
Paul is the most professional and friendly individual person and thrives on very high expectations. Paul made it easy an process for us to sell our house by being available at anytime we needed him. We were very confident and trusted Paul with his expertise and knowledge within the Real Estate industry and the location. There are a number of Real Estate agents in our area who have been approaching us for months and never came up to scratch or gave us the confidence which Paul gave us. On the day of the sale, Paul and his team supported us through such an important day. Paul successfully sold our house and made our dream come true. From the bottom of our hearts we cannot thank Paul enough. Anne and Graham Elder
My wife and I were very impressed with Paul Conti and the Castle Hill Ray White Real Estate Team! Paul went above and beyond to help us sell our much loved property and walked us through every step of the process making it stress-free. Paul was always there to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend Paul and the team to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
Calling Paul Conti to help sell our 2 Townhouses turned out to be the best decision of our transition. We knew we were getting a great person on our side, but he surpassed our expectations. This resulted in a final sale, for both townhouses, well above our original expectations. In addition, he knew how to market our townhouses and helped us furnish them too. His attention to detail was outstanding. We put our trust in Paul and it paid off. Overall, Paul is exceptionally knowledgeable, extremely patient, and very dedicated to his clients. We completely and fully endorse his services, and the services of The Ray White Real Estate Team, to anyone buying or selling a home. Thanks again Paul. Regards, Andrew and Leeanne Hanna

Paul is a consummate professional and has finely tuned skills in the areas of real estate, investment property, relationship management as well as all aspects of property industry, trends, market challenges and Australian economic conditions as it impact the real estate market. I have known Paul since 1996 when I first bought my house in Baulkham Hills through Paul. Since then I have relied on Paul for guidance and advice and have dealt with him personally on 2 Occasions for buying/selling my property with more recent dealing in late 2015. It was a pleasure to engage Paul for my property and his work, customer service was outstanding and he could always be counted on to deal with real estate and property buying and selling in Hills District. Paul's strong performance of these responsibilities is due to both his technical knowledge, negotiation and influencing skills and the quality of the relationships that he developed and maintained with his clients and exceptional Sales & Service which adds value to clients. I will highly recommend Paul and wish him best for future endeavours. Sushil Ahlawat
