Pauline Lyon proved herself to be extremely helpful in the lead up to placing our property on the market. I put all my faith and belief in her advice and then sat back to see what would transpire with her as my agent. I was absolutely amazed at the result. Special mention to Pauline's PA Kristy Polkinghorne who had an integral role in all aspects of the sale. Kristy is also a 5-star rating, so together as a team, sellers can look forward to a 10 STAR SERVICE!

"Proactive, down to earth and friendly"

I would like to thank Pauline for being very friendly and helpful over the phone when I spoke to her for the property I purchased in Craigie. During the settlement process I was mainly dealing with Pauline's assistant Kristy. Kristy was absolutely amazing and proactive with keeping me informed. When me and my mum did the final inspection with Kristy we could tell that she was a seasoned professional and a down to earth person. When we got in the car after the inspection the first thing my mum said was "how nice was she". Hopefully Kristy will be sitting in Paulines chair one day if she wants to. I hope Peard real estate realise how lucky they are to have both Kristy and Pauline.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Pauline for the purchase of our new property in Ocean Reef. We had a mind image and self-set boundaries of what we were looking for, however with general conversation Pauline was able to build a picture of what we really wanted. She dangled the 'mystery house' to us, and it was exactly what we 'really' wanted - just WOW.
