"I knew my sale was in safe hands with Paul as my agent."
I sold my Plympton property through Paul and cannot recommend him highly enough to any prospective sellers. He was responsive, upfront with his advice, and handled the sale seamlessly. Paul knows the market and was able to position my property for quick success - with a contract for sale signed within a few short days of first listing the property. As an interstate seller, I knew my sale was in safe hands with Paul as my agent.

Paul has supported us since we purchased a SMSF property in Seacliff 9 years ago & has recently sold our investment property in St Clair for a record price by $15k within the complex from a sale in May 2023 to a sold property in 3 days with only one open by Pauls & his team professional and focus on win/ win for buyer & us as the seller. I highly recommend McGrath. They are very professional and friendly and it is easy to have business with them. I bought a house with them and am very happy with their services. Everything went very smooth and it was a fast and fair sale. They also helped me to find affordable renovators to make some improvements before renting this property. Now McGrath is my property management company.

"Excellent every step of the way"
Paul was excellent every step of the way from arranging an inspection of the property to providing all the information I needed to make an offer, to keeping me in the loop re the owner's response to the offer. Once my offer was accepted Paul was very professional with helping me with the documentation for purchase. He was prompt in the handover on settlement day. I can recommend Paul McGrath as an excellent real estate agent.
