"Excellent every step of the way"
Paul was excellent every step of the way from arranging an inspection of the property to providing all the information I needed to make an offer, to keeping me in the loop re the owner's response to the offer. Once my offer was accepted Paul was very professional with helping me with the documentation for purchase. He was prompt in the handover on settlement day. I can recommend Paul McGrath as an excellent real estate agent.

"Excellent service"
I have been dealing with Pauls team for my investment rental for some time. They were amazing in dealing with my tenants and managing the property. I then decided to sell. Paul was highly professional, clearly experienced and maximised my sale (50k more than my maximum range). I am extremely happy and would not hesitate in recommending them for both property management or sales. If youre after a seamless, professional and excellent communication, save yourself the headache and go with them.

"So professional and knew exactly what he was doing"
I bought my house from Paul and he was so professional and knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything that I needed to know about buying a new house.. "Paul and his team did a wonderful job"
Buying a first home was very confusing and daunting at first. Meeting Paul at an open inspection and then dealing with him throughout the offer/ buying the property was a relief. He was able to explain everything clearly and was very honest throughout the whole process. I thank Paul for his help and advice, including after hours when required. "Got the results we wanted"
They got the results we wanted, were engaging, honest and hard working. Our property was listed with another real estate company prior to swapping to McGrath and I was so disappointed it took so long to make that decision. "I would highly recommend Paul if you were considering a real estate agent."
He constantly kept us up to date on what was happening with our property throughout the whole sale process. Living interstate did not hinder this process whatsoever. I found him to be completely open and honest with the price guide and this was reflected in what the property went for. He was great in dealing with our tenants as well and went out of his way to also make the process a smooth one for them. I would highly recommend Paul if you were considering a real estate agent.
