"Worst experience, I hope no one goes through the same experience as us"

If I could give a less then 1 star review I would. In my opinion Perly from PM Realty is one of the worst real estate agents I have ever dealt with. Perly was very helpful and communicated a lot before we put our deposit down but thats where the communication stopped. We were sold an off the plan townhouse in 2016 with the assurance it would be built by early 2017 (also advertised on their real estate listing) but the townhouse did not get finished until August 2019. (2.5 years over due!) Perly would constantly ignore us and lie when we asked for updates on the delay and was very fast to blame the developer despite having some form of relationship with them. She would go out of her way to make sure she was being as difficult as possible. I would not recommend them to anyone out of fear that someone else would go through the same disaster of an experience we went through.
