"Professional and Honest"
Perry's very easy to deal with, he has good market knowledge, is professional, does what he says he's going to do, and goes beyond the call of duty doing the little things that matter. He doesn't try and sell you a heap of "marketing packages" or any other BS and listens to what you ask for. Best of all it doesn't feel like you're dealing with a "salesy" Real Estate agent, he's relaxed, honest and also has a good sense of humour. Perry got a great reasult for me recently, it was all done and dusted with a minumum of fuss withing 2 weeks of listing, with no pressure and no stress.
