"Best I have worked with"

As an investor I deal with a lot of agents, but these guys are the best I have ever worked with. They managed our rental property for over 10 years, and during this time the service was excellent. They also took the time to build a relationship that goes way beyond what I would normally expect for a landlord. During the 10 years they provided advice on market conditions for both selling and renting out, often visiting the property to fully understand. When it came time to sell we naturally went with them. Their advice was very honest, not telling us what we wanted to hear, but what they really could do to help. Their price estimate was spot on. I like to get involved during the sales process, and I think they handled the campaign flawlessly, which during COVID and the Ring of Steel was quite a challenge. The really got to know all the propsective buyers, and were able to craft a win/win scenario for the buyer and seller. I thoroughly recommend if people want to sell or lease out in the Ballarat area they talk to Peter Ludbrook and his team.

Harcourts are a professional fantastic team to deal with, but most of all they genuinely care about all who deal with them. From the directors down they communicate clearly and I always have a clear understand of what is required. Any issues are dealt with fairly and promptly ensuring the job gets done, I have no hesitation in recommending Harcourts for anything real estate, so much so they are selling my house for me and that says a lot . They certainly deserve a 5 star rating, well done
