I have been using the service of Peter for past 2 sales and 1 purchase and Peter Watson and First Nations Berwick will be only option. Peter service nothing short of unbelievable and and nothing short of outstanding. Sales of our house was achieved in 14 days.
Peter is an exceptional agent!
My husband and I felt very comfortable with handing our property over to Peter to find the next loving family to enjoy what we have had the priviledge of doing for the past 36 years. Nothing was a trouble to him and his team and his communication was excellent.
I have used Peter to sell several properties now and have also purchased through him as well. Very easy to deal with and has years of experience in the area. Peter also has an excellent understanding of rural properties and is easily able to communicate all aspects of the associated infrastructure to potential purchasers.
Been an adventure and would have been a lot more stressful if it wasn't for Peter and his team. Tara was also very professional. Thanks.
Peter was very accomodating, spending the time to go through the house with us and show us how everything worked. We were very surprised at the friendliness and even with cleaning the pool before moving in. A wonderful purchasing experience by Peter and the team.
Both Peter and Tracy did a great job in guiding us through the sale of our property, I would highly recommend them both.
Ive purchased multiple property from Peter and have known him for many years. Not only is he a great agent but also a great person. Straight to the point and not a time waster. Very accommodating and had plenty of time for us to reinspect the property a few times and put a lot of effort in trying to find us the property of our dreams. Great outcome for both the vendor and myself! Thanks again Peter!
