It's a pleasure and gratitude that I share comments on my experience with Peter Arias estate LJ Hooker Mt Gravatt in listing and sale of my home. From the beginning I was impressed by his courteous manner and enthusiasm. Peter stood out in terms of his real estate experience and thorough knowledge of the local real estate market. His professionalism at each stage of the sale of my house was outstanding, in particular his ability to network and attract prospective buyers to show them through the property on open house days or for private viewings was exceptional. In addition Peter's skill in handling negotiations to achieve the best price for my house was second to none. During the sales process he maintain a perfect balance of good humour, patience and understanding. Peter spared no effort in helping me and my family in any way that he could during this time. He has my highest recommendation to any person seeking a committed real estate professional with integrity to sell their property.
Happy with a good balance of what we wanted in the sale.
We found Peter extremely competent and friendly taking the time to fully explain agreements, contracts, advertising and so on. He took terrific photos and arranged great text for the various marketing areas as well as contacting his portfolio of potential buyers to ensure we had a busy first open house. As a result he secured a contract from that day with terms that allowed us to go ahead and purchase the house we wanted at Kingscliff. He kept us thoroughly informed throughout the wholel proces,s making us feel secure and confident as time progressed.
We engaged LJ Hooker Mt Gravatt because Peter Arias was known to us. The transaction proceeded quickly and effectively as demonstrated by the following time frame: - confirmation of Peter as agent: 16 December documentation including photographs: 17-21 December, details advertised on realestate.com: 22 December, offer received: 27th December, contract finalised : 29 December, settlement achieved: 11 January. We were most impressed with the diligence and professionalism applied by Mr Arias and with the result achieved over such a short time frame. We have no reservations about recommending his services to any other prospective vendor or purchaser.
Peter was the ultimate professional in his approach and marketing the sale of our Property. His determination achieved an very welcome result for us and we would be more than happy to recommend Peter to anybody in this area.
