We found Peter extremely competent and friendly taking the time to fully explain agreements, contracts, advertising and so on. He took terrific photos and arranged great text for the various marketing areas as well as contacting his portfolio of potential buyers to ensure we had a busy first open house. As a result he secured a contract from that day with terms that allowed us to go ahead and purchase the house we wanted at Kingscliff. He kept us thoroughly informed throughout the wholel proces,s making us feel secure and confident as time progressed.

The transaction proceeded quickly and effectively as demonstrated by the following time frame: - confirmation of Peter as agent: 16 December documentation including photographs: 17-21 December, details advertised on realestate.com: 22 December, offer received: 27th December, contract finalised : 29 December, settlement achieved: 11 January.
