I have bought and sold off Peter, and it was a good experience on both sides of the equation (though selling was more enjoyable having him in your corner). He does not inflate what he thinks a property is worth to get you to sign, and has a clear dominance in Naremburn (with a prospective client list to match). I am confident that he got the best price for my property, even though it was only on market for a week. I was always of the opinion that Peter would know who we were selling to before any open homes, and this proved to be the case. (just wish I saved on print advertising as sold to someone on his database).
Peter and his team were very knowledgeable and efficient. The marketing campaign was very effective and Peter's engagement and follow up of all prospective buyers was outstanding, resulting in a pre-auction sale.

He had a marvellous team when we were preparing our home for sale, the painter, the stylist, the handyman were all prepared to come exactly when we needed them to meaning we were able to transform our home and present it at Ita absolute best in just two weeks! I purchased from and more recently sold my Naremburn property through Peter and his team. They were all excellent. He introduced me to all the right people to get my place looking its best and get it on the market (for which I was incredibly grateful as it made it much easier!).
