I have bought and sold off Peter, and it was a good experience on both sides of the equation (though selling was more enjoyable having him in your corner). He does not inflate what he thinks a property is worth to get you to sign, and has a clear dominance in Naremburn (with a prospective client list to match). I am confident that he got the best price for my property, even though it was only on market for a week. I was always of the opinion that Peter would know who we were selling to before any open homes, and this proved to be the case. (just wish I saved on print advertising as sold to someone on his database).

Any considerations we make are always run by Pete first. Four years ago Pete found us our first home, off-market. He tirelessly presented options to us for over twelve months, always considering our needs first and presenting properties that fit our brief. We were thrilled to buy our first home with Pete and from this point, our relationship continued. Pete is a local hero within our community and we regularly chat with our neighbours about how lucky we are to have a genuine guy who is an expert in his field as our go-to. We cannot thank you enough Peter for your understanding of our particular situation. We bought before selling and really wanted to expedite the sale of our current home. Peter was available as soon as we asked, always answered his phone, was always punctual, always gave notice if there were extra inspections and was always calm. He made us feel that the sale of our house was just as important to him as to us. He had a marvellous team when we were preparing our home for sale, the painter, the stylist, the handyman were all prepared to come exactly when we needed them to meaning we were able to transform our home and present it at Ita absolute best in just two weeks! Then he used his great negotiation skills to sell the house before auction which was what we had hoped, at a much higher price than we expected. Fantastic! "Very professional and pleasant to deal with"

I purchased from and more recently sold my Naremburn property through Peter and his team. They were all excellent. He introduced me to all the right people to get my place looking its best and get it on the market (for which I was incredibly grateful as it made it much easier!). Peter and Lauren were regularly in touch and really held me through the process. I felt I always knew what was going on. While the price was not quite what either of us had hoped for he stayed open and honest with me at all times. He calls a spade a spade which I really like. I think of him as 'Mr Naremburn' - nobody knows the area like him and he is always very professional and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely highly recommend him.
