"Professional, Friendly, and Very Effective"
We recently had to sell our Aunt's house. This is not something we've done before. Peter and Sally made the process easy. They handled all the detials and advertising, negotiated with potential buyers, advised us cannily, arranged the auction, and kept us informed every step of the way. The result exceeded expectations. I would recommend their services to anyone.

"New competent, friendly agents give me relief"
I suffered with stress and worry managing my rental property. Yes, I had a managing agent. But attitude and approach was not professional. I also feared this approach framed the relationship with my tenants. But, now with Peter and Sally Gillman, I can be stress free, comfortable to approach them for an action to be carried out, confident in their decisions and advice. I'm sure my tenants feel the same. What I really appreciate is that they don't bother me with anything I don't need to know about.
