I breifly dealt with Peter Marsi from Bresic Whitney during a property sale transition where I had to use their property management service while the tenant living in a home I purchased served the remainder of their lease. Peter was completely inept, contradictory and essentially served no purpose at all apart from becoming an administrative hurdle that took money for nothing. I honestly do not see the point of property managers, if they all work as Peter do. A paper bag you put money into and set on fire would have been a better property manager.
