"A better than expected result"

Phillip has sold two properties for us to date. He is a perfectionist and thus worked diligently to firstly ensure that each property was presented to its best advantage. He achieved this by quickly and efficiently organising the trades that were required as we were a bit daunted by the prospect and somewhat time poor. Secondly, he promoted the properties using many strategies to ensure they reached as wider number of prospective home buyers as possible. He had numerous open days where he was able to communicate the properties and surrounding communities best assets. He gave us a summary each time about the number of people who attended and who had taken out contracts. Auction day for our second property saw a wide crowed gather on the natures strip and spill out onto the road. A better than expected result was achieved which excited us all. I recommend Phillip.

"Fantastic."

Phillip and Jason were very supportive throughout the short and emotional purchase of my new apartment. Although the entire negotiation process took less than 24 hours, the communication at each step was clear and informative, and the whole team was really fantastic.

"Very Professional in every way."

Philip was wonderful they could not do enough to help my Father and I. Very Professional in every way. This would have been part of the reason our Unit sold as soon as it went on the market. They got over and above what we expected to Sell the property for so yeah you have to be happy with that. Many Thanks for your good service.

"Excellent level of service!"

Excellent level of service from day 1. Good knowledge of the local area, provided invaluable advice to help prepare the house for sale, kept us up to date with regular updates on developments throughout the campaign and sold the property for a competitive price prior to auction.

"Thank you again Phillip"

Thank you to Phillip and his team. I could not fault the care by Phillip, with his efficiency and zeal, guiding me in particular, and also keeping my sisters fully informed throughout the entire process of selling 14 William Street. I had no experience of selling a home and I was initially reluctant to go as far as auction, but a wonderful result was achieved. Phillips great skill and extraordinary dedication attending to every step required. Thank you again Phillip

"Extremely Happy!"

I recently sold my home in Seaforth using the services of Stone Real Estate, Seaforth, NSW. Phillip Wright, Partner, was responsible for the preparation and listing of the property. From the very first contact with him I was impressed with the meticulous attention to detail on how to best present the property. He knew precisely what needed to be done to show the property at its best. The advertising and marketing plan, and all the costs and the legalities involved were carefully explained to me. I felt comfortable entrusting the sale of my home to him. During the sale process I also had contact with Maria and Jason in the company and felt they were committed to ensuring everything possible was done to ensure my home was sold at a good price. I was very happy to sell several weeks before the Auction day at a price I was extremely happy with. I have no hesitation in recommending Phillip Wright and his company

"Everything we wanted in an agent and more."

From the moment we first met Phillip Wright, we were impressed. He presented a compelling rationale to gain our listing in Curban St Balgowlah Heights. He really understood the local market and was willing to take on a client with high expectations. Phillip delivered everything we wanted in an agent and more. He was interested in and worked hard to achieve a challenging price goal, delivering a street record sale price in a professional manor and with the least possible fuss. We would not hesitate to use him again and have already recommended him to others.

"A big thanks to Phillip and his team!"

We have sold houses before and the agents we have used have been more or less good but Phillips performance has been outstanding. He guided us from the renovation stage until the final settlement. He has given us excellent advice on our lease hold property and no decision had been made without our consent. His team ran a fantastic campaign and put in numerous hours given the uniqueness of our property. Having said that, Phillip was solely our person of contact and has been always immediately available for all our questions and at all times had an open ear for our thoughts. Selling as a family with little kids is never easy but Phillip made it a fun, exciting and very rewarding journey. A big thanks to Phillip and his team from Stone Real Estate.
