"A better than expected result"

Phillip has sold two properties for us to date. He is a perfectionist and thus worked diligently to firstly ensure that each property was presented to its best advantage. He achieved this by quickly and efficiently organising the trades that were required as we were a bit daunted by the prospect and somewhat time poor. Secondly, he promoted the properties using many strategies to ensure they reached as wider number of prospective home buyers as possible. He had numerous open days where he was able to communicate the properties and surrounding communities best assets. He gave us a summary each time about the number of people who attended and who had taken out contracts. Auction day for our second property saw a wide crowed gather on the natures strip and spill out onto the road. A better than expected result was achieved which excited us all. I recommend Phillip.
