I've got to know Piers very well over the years regularly running into him at the Neutral Bay coffee shops and especially with him selling our previous home in the 2010 tough market prior to auction. Piers is very personable, professional and more importantly really knows the local market. This lead us to retain his services to sell our current home which was not successful in the first instance early last year. Therefore this year I offered him the challenge to present a new fresh approach to re-market our home in Jan/Feb and he more then meet my expectations which resulted in several offers before auction. One of these offers met with our expectations thus we settled prior to auction. Therefore I would like to take this opportunity to thank Piers and Jacqui for a job well done.

I picked McGrath because in my experience buying a property they were the only agent who consistently followed up and suggested new properties to view. I picked Piers because of my excellent experience buying through him. The sales process was planned like a military campaign and every aspect of the process was discussed in detail. During the process Piers and Cameron were very communicative and realistic about where buyers were in terms of interest and price, which was helpful in the final decision on who to go with and terms. The market was a bit jittery during the sale and Piers was a calming influence which was helpful as a sale process is an emotional experience! Piers long experience in the market showed through in every aspect of the transaction and he was empathetic to the selling process.
