"Terrible Agent!"

I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by Prue Xiong. Not only did she provide me and other applicants with the wrong address for the inspection but she was consistently rude and inattentive throughout our interactions. I called her to retrieve an application form, she showed no interest in addressing my concerns and abruptly hung up on me! From what she expressed, she had discriminately sifted through applicants based on their appearances without even looking at their application forms. I would not recommend her services to anyone looking for a professional and attentive agent.
