"First Class House Sale Experience"
We interviewed three agents and Rachael was outstanding being very clear and positive and concentrating on what she could bring to our house sale. She outlined her sales/marketing strategy which she later followed closely. She clearly defined her targets in that interview and she later achieved them. She kept in very regular contact with us during the campaign, regularly reporting progress and listening to any concerns we had. She was available to us and clients at any time during the week including evenings and weekends. We were totally satisfied with her efforts and the sale price achieved.

Rachael was efficient in communicating with not only us but with potential buyers and keeping them informed and engaged to ensure we had keen buyers for our auction, which in turn achieved an amazing result. We would have no hesitation in recommending Rachael with her local knowledge and vast array of buyers made her our first choice as our agent. Rachael is incredibly hard working, she was phoning buyers on Sundays after our opens, not many agents do that! We were very impressed.

After 4 months on the market, we decided new year, new agent and met with Rachael. From day 1 Rachael followed through on every deliverable, communicated regularly and absolutely astounded us with the number of buyers through our house each week. More in the first 2 weeks than the previous 4 months!!! In a tough market Rachael has secured a buyer for our property and has been such a great support every step of the way. Incredibly professional, no request was too much trouble. We felt supported and confident that Rachel was working day and night to find the right buyer for us. Cannot recommend Rachael highly enough
