Quick sale Rachael contacted me when she saw my personal ad on fb for my vacant block in Madora Bay. I thought it would be easy to sell privately with the market picking up recently but I received little interest. Within 3 days of listing the block with Rachael she had an offer for 9k over what i had been asking. This well and truly covered her agent fee's, etc. Rachael has an extensive knowledge of the area and was able to tap into her contacts to get this quick sale. I am very happy that I listed with her and recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent,
Hampton's Edge Estate The entire process from start to finish dealing with Rachael Shaw from Harcourts we had exceptional customer service. Many questions we had were answered often beyond working hours. Would recommend Rachael Shaw as a exceptional Real Estate agent.
