"Quick sale Rachael!"
Quick sale Rachael contacted me when she saw my personal ad on fb for my vacant block in Madora Bay. I thought it would be easy to sell privately with the market picking up recently but I received little interest. Within 3 days of listing the block with Rachael she had an offer for 9k over what i had been asking. This well and truly covered her agent fee's, etc. Rachael has an extensive knowledge of the area and was able to tap into her contacts to get this quick sale.
