Rachel and her team displayed both enthusiasm and dedication to the sale of the property. They displayed a sound knowledge of the area and were confident and professional in their approach. The sale was achieved over the holiday period, in a Covid-19 pandemic. In spite of these difficulties, they succeeded in selling significantly above a licensed valuers quoted price range.
