I recently sold my property in Loch Sport, Gippsland and entrusted Rachelle Potts at at CShell Real Estate to handle the sale. Rachelle and Renee made the whole exercise so easy and made me feel comfortable with their regular communication and professional diligence. From the initial consultation and mandatory documentation right through to settlement Rachelle and her team made the entire procedure a seamless process. The whole campaign was fantastic and the video and drone images that Renee shot was absolutely astounding. Rachelle far exceeded our expectations of an agent. She was communicative without being pushy and answered all our questions promptly and demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the area and council/planning permission. Rachelle and Renee really pushed the boat out by being at the house on the day contracts were exchanged when we couldn't be and showed us our new home via video link. Brilliant! Can't recommend the team highly enough.
