We contacted Ray Denkha about 2 years ago initially for a general appraisal query on our property in Stanhope Gardens. He was a thorough professional and extremely friendly. We were very impressed by his professionalism, therefore, we again contacted Ray for selling our property in Feb 2019. He helped us from day 1 of the process of selling our property by using his professional contacts for various services we needed before our home was put on the market. He was extremely patient with our queries once the house was available on the market for selling. Ray kept us informed all throughout the process and was empathetic to meet our requirements. Our home was sold at the expected price even with the current housing market situation. Ray understands buyer's minds well and using his marketing skills efficiently. Our house was sold in 3 weeks time and he has cooperated with us till date with all our requirements. He has gone out of his way even after work hours to ensure we get quality outcomes.
