We contacted Ray Denkha about 2 years ago initially for a general appraisal query on our property in Stanhope Gardens. He was a thorough professional and extremely friendly. We were very impressed by his professionalism, therefore, we again contacted Ray for selling our property in Feb 2019. He helped us from day 1 of the process of selling our property by using his professional contacts for various services we needed before our home was put on the market. He was extremely patient with our queries once the house was available on the market for selling. Ray kept us informed all throughout the process and was empathetic to meet our requirements. Our home was sold at the expected price even with the current housing market situation. Ray understands buyer's minds well and using his marketing skills efficiently. Our house was sold in 3 weeks time and he has cooperated with us till date with all our requirements. He has gone out of his way even after work hours to ensure we get quality outcomes. I would definitely recommend Ray to anyone who wants to buy or sell home in future. We have actually developed a very friendly relationship with Ray and can have frank discussions about the property market without any obligations.
Ray was very friendly and understood our circumstances. He sold our house at the first open home. He is a great guy and easy to deal with. Rays response rate 100%. I recommend Ray to future sellers and buyers without any hesitation. Ray brings you results. Thumbs up for Ray Denka.
Ray was very professional, friendly and approachable Real estate agent. We recently purchased a investment property through Ray and he was very helpful and easily approachable throughout the process. He promptly answered all our queries, even out of the working hours as well. He successfully managed both buyer (us) and the seller during the process so far. Thank you Ray for the all the support you have provided and I look forward to work with you in the future as well.
Ray is professional, approachable, understanding, honest, and a true gentleman. He did not promise me the moon to get my business but was realistic with pricing. He is patient with my many questions providing me with prompt insightful advice. He worked hard to sell my property and was very positive throughout the stressful process. I am very pleased with his professionalism and service. I will be more than happy to recommend Ray to my friends and loved ones.
As all of know, purchase of first property is so stressful and so many grey areas in procedures as a first home buyer. But with Ray as our agent, his planning and execution made our purchase journey smooth and easy. He gives all the informations required and has good contacts. He certainly one of those rare agents who can be believed without hesitation. Certainly a "God Sent" for us.
