"Very happy and highly recommend Rays services."
We first met Ray when we were renting out two investment properties at a different real estate, and were thinking about selling one. We were so impressed with Rays service and approach that we moved both properties across to his real estate for management even though it wasn't his department. That was 5 years ago, that whole time Ray has kept in touch and kept us up to date on the status of the market and answering many questions we had along the way, while getting nothing in return. With the local market recently gaining some ground we were finally ready to out our house on the market. Ray was upfront, honest and gave us realistic advice and guidance and was able to secure us a great offer a week after putting ourproperty on the market. We are very happy and highly recommend Rays services.

Very honest and acted ina very professional manner and certainly knows his job. After selling our home he even helped us out further by giving us information and help with finding a rental.
