"Service above and beyond expectations"
Rebekah was very friendly, not at all pushy, she gave honest opinions of where our house stood in the market and the best way to sell it. There was a lot of stuff to be removed from the house after having tenants in it for the previous 4 years and she volunteered the use of her ute to help me in disposing of everything, never ever heard of that happening before. She worked with prospective buyers to maximise our chances of success in what is a difficult market and it sold the first weekend it was open for viewing. I highly recommend her.

"Bek and Locate were great"
Bek and the team were great and attentive even opening the home to people whilst the office was closed. Bek always got back to me quickly and provided updates on how each home open went. Wouldn't hesitate to use Bek again.

"Rebekah Vos-Jamieson and Sale of 16 Fifth Ave Beaconsfield WA"
Although my house was on the market for 8 months due to the difficult market, I found Rebekah to be very hard working and remained constantly positive. Her communication skills, both with the perspective buyers and myself were constant and timely. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wishing to sell a property with personalized service.
