The property was on 5 acres with house & granny flat. Importantly it had an approved Development Application for further subdivision so the main event was not the present buildings, but rather the overall concept of two dwellings on two new titles, a large dam and building site on another title, and another title that would lend to a further subdivision in years to come into a further 5 small blocks. Rhonda advised on the estimated value and worked to aligning the right buyer with the property.
