We are so glad we chose Rhonda Humpage to handle the sale of our land in Clifton Springs. Her knowledge of the local market was quite apparent at our very first phone conversation with her, and was very vigilant in keeping us in informed of any inquiries that were made on our property. Rhonda also made us feel that she was working for us to achieve the price we were seeking, and not just trying to make a quick sale and condition our thinking on marking the property down, as we have found with other agents. She strived and achieved our expectations of the property sale, and all within a timely manner. We would highly recommend Rhonda, and would use her again if needed in the future
