"Thank you so much for an excellent result"

Dear Marco, Riccardo & Armando We would like to thank you all and your team at Rich & Oliva for a very successful campaign and sale of our home. From our first meeting with Marco we were reassured every step of the way. Selling our home after 41 years is not easy. The marketing campaign was excellent. Thank you so much for an excellent result at auction. We have already recommended Rich & Oliva and will continue to do so. Thank you Margaret & John

"He made the process of selling effortless and stress-free!"

Riccardo was a great asset in helping us sell our properties. We found that his knowledge of both the local and wider market was insightful, his forecasting was always accurate and his ability to manage various stakeholders (i.e. lawyers, brokers etc.) was impressive. He made the process of selling effortless and stress-free! We thank him for his responsiveness and his willingness to talk us through all unfamiliar aspects.

"We would highly recommend Riccardo"

Thank you for helping us sell our unit at Clyde street Croydon park. We felt very comfortable dealing with Riccardo, his experience in the local area, friendly personality and understanding of our requirements stood out at the very first meeting. Riccardo quickly and effortlessly organised our marketing photography and diligently began promoting our property. Throughout the campaign his feedback and ability to understand the main buyers was exceptional. Come auction day he calmed our nerves and was spot on with achieving our target price. We would highly recommend Riccardo & his team to anyone looking at selling.

"Honest and professional"

I would like to thank Marco & Riccardo for helping us sell our property at 17 First Street, Ashbury which we have owned for over twenty years. Having been in contact with Rich & Oliva in particular Armando for the rental of the property for many years we felt very comfortable with choosing them as our agents to sell the property as we have always found them to be not only honest and professional but considerate to our needs and concerns. The property was well presented and spread across all the media options making sure we captured very possible buyer for our open for inspections and ultimately auction day. I witnessed a great team effort and we secured price that we were happy to accept. I would have no hesitation in using Rich & Oliva in the future. Warm regards Vito

"Achieved an unbelievable result"

I would like to thank Marco, Riccardo & Maggie for all their hard work and efforts in not only selling but managing the property at 11 Esher Street Burwood. We achieved an unbelievable result on auction day no doubt due to the high exposure, professional and far reaching marketing campaign Rich & Oliva put to together for the property. This is now the second property we have sold with Rich & Oliva cannot be more satisfied with the whole team's services and highly recommend them . Thanks and regards Rolland

"Thank you again!"

I would like to express my appreciation for all the efforts your family team, in particular Marco & Riccardo has put into selling our property at Balmoral Avenue, Croydon Park. Having dealt with Rich & Oliva over the past decade we knew could entrust them to do the absolute best for us. We were very impressed with Rich & Olivas insight and organisational skills to swiftly have our home ready for marketing. The marketing photography and presentation in the local paper was first class. We attracted the right groups to the property and through expert negotiation skills achieved a price that was very satisfying! Thank you again and i look forward in working with Rich & Oliva in the future. Anthony

"A heartfelt and well deserved thank you"

A heartfelt and well deserved thank you to Marco & Riccardo for great effort in selling our duplex at Belfield recently. We have been continually impressed with Rich & Olivas results and presentation of the properties they market and their team at open homes were always well informed, profession and honest. We had no hesitation in marketing our home through Rich & Oliva and felt confident in these times of uncertainty in the market place that Marco & Riccardo would be able to achieve a great result. We were not let down; week in and week out we religiously kept informed by both phone and written reports of the potential buyers and commentary. By the time auction day came we had a clear understanding of home the day would precede and a price right within our target. We would have no hesitations in dealing with this great team and look forward working with them in the future again. Yours faithfully Frank & Margherit
