"Achieving a great result in a tough market"
It has been great having Richard managing the sale of our property. This is not the first time that Richard has sold a house for us but this time things were a bit different. Conditions were not great for sellers but Richard has an excellent knowledge for both the local area and the active buyers. He then created the right strategy for the conditions, executed the plan and got the result, we are very happy with him. We are going to use his expertise very soon for another project. Fantastic job Richard!

I can't rave enough about the service I received from Richard. Selling a property is a nerve wrecking process, I am so glad I have Richard on my team! He is very experienced and handled every situation professionally. He kept me updated constantly and his confidence kept me at ease.
