Being a first time, seller I wanted an agent that had an excellent knowledge of the area and the market; that knew exactly where my apartment fit into this market; and would keep me up to date with all the latest communication in regards to the sale of my home. I chose Rick and Kirsty at Cobden & Hayson Lane Cove as they stood out in a sea of real estate options and from our first meeting I knew they would go over and above to not only meet my expectations but exceed them! The word that springs to mind is communication. All through the process, both before the sales campaign and during the campaign, we were kept informed and up-to-date. Any issues were clearly explained and managed with the minimum of fuss. The little things helped, for example little summary cards after each open house. In the end a pleasing result with an agent we would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

"Trusting Rick was the best thing we could of done!"

We had our property listed with Belle Property Lane Cove for 11 weeks with a very poor result. This period caused us great stress and frustration believing there were problems with our home. Rick D'Amico approached us re changing over to Ray White. We ended up trusting Rick and was the best thing we could of done. The experience was the complete opposite to that of the previous agent.
