"Worst experience"
I have already intimated my two family frineds to dont go for a house on name of Ricky. The worst experience as a buyer. He is not able even get the conditions mentioned on the contract. Acc to him its out of his control then I dont know what he is doing inbetween seller and buyer(just commision). Property is settled and not cleqned and cant even get that cleaned. Coveyancer say ask agent and agent says ask convryancer.this is the game they are playing.
