Went above and beyond to sell our property. He worked with us as we do not live locally, and it was nice to know our property was in great hands. Ricky kept us updated with market changes in the years leading up to the sale which made our selection of an agent very easy.

"What an amazing Sale!"
Following my brothers success earlier this year, I took his recommendation and utilised him also. The assessments were realistic and supported by transcripts of recent sales in the immediate area and suburb. It put me in the picture of what I could expect. Weekly open days were well supported as well as further inspections outside of these times. I felt my property was given every chance of a good result , Rickys involvement was constant and did not stop at the point of agreeing to utilise the agency. The auction was a big success with property going for 100K over reserve. Numerous bidders on the day made it a spirited auction . Big thanks to Ricky, and staff for their support. Was just blown away with the result, I feel they understood the buyers and their needs and it was the ability to communicate the benefits of my property which was the biggest factor in achieving the above expectation result. Great work and would definitely return to do further business.

Despite being so far away, Ricky kept us well informed during the whole process and we felt we could trust him and dealing with all matters. In addition, I cannot explain how many friends were impressed when I explained to them that you came out to Werribee to my workplace to help me fill in the contract of sale and place my offer. "Outstanding Agent"
We had been using various agents for a number of years and were then lucky enough to stumble across Ricky Peacock when he was selling a property we were interested in. Ricky is a rare find in the real estate industry. His approach is to go above and beyond, consistently exceeding expectations. If you want a real estate agent who just doesnt go through the motions but adopts a full partnering approach, then Ricky is your man. He is by far the best Real Estate Agent we have ever encountered; his customer service and follow through are second to none. He is extremely honest which is a rare find in the real estate industry and is respectful of both vendors and purchasers. All I can say is the past is history, we purchased the property we first met him at and have used Ricky several times to buy and sell over the past couple of years and we have found him on every occasion to be outstanding.
