"Excellent agent, great outcome"
Robert's professionalism, knowledge and energy impressed us. We were pleased that we accepted his recommendations for the campaign (form of advertising, duration of campaign, timing of auction, etc). and immensely valued the personalized service he provided. We appreciated that we could always directly contact Robert, and that he provided detailed feedback on the results of every Open For Inspection. Putting trust in Roberts expertise paid off with a dynamic auction and an outstanding result.

"THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!"
Robert is EXCEPTIONAL. I cannot fault the service he provided. He is truly one of a kind in the real estate game. I was super keen to buy a property that had an inspection scheduled for a time I couldnt attend. I contacted Robert for an alternate time - a request thats always been declined when an inspection has already been scheduled to occur in a day or two. Robert showed me the place that day. The purchase was settled in 3 days. Such a short turnaround time was achieved solely because of his approach to the buying and selling transaction between the parties. His communication, enthusiam, commitment and efficiency was superior to all of my other experiences with agents. He takes fair approach (despite working for the vendor) with full integrity. You can believe what he says, which is rare in a sales environment. And I can call bullshit. Personally, I will never forget what Robert has done for me and my family. He worked in with some pretty crappy personal circumstances with genuine compassion. Hes also just a really nice person. A good guy. And funny. He made what is usually a painful, stressful and often protracted experience enjoyable! I cant recommend him enough.

A big shout out to Robert at Obrien Real Estate Brighton for the way in which he conducted the sale of my property as well as the result achieved. You made the whole process really easy, the communication, availability and the personal attention given to my sale always made me reassured that my property was in the best hands. I can now see where that 5* google ratings comes from and it's safe to say you won't lose it anytime soon. To top it off Robert is a really nice guy too. Highly recommended.
