As a Landlord, I've had a very positive experience with Dingle over many years. I've found their property management staff to be courteous, proactive and very responsive to any requests. I've used other agents in Australia and the USA, and have found the Dingle service to be far superior.
We rent through the Richmond office and in my over 25 years as a rental tenant, I have never experienced the responsiveness and general service the team here has delivered. The property we are tenants of is fabulous, but we arrived at the time when it's old enough that things break - they are fixed immediately. Every interaction has been easy and sensitive- if you're a property owner they will look after your interests but not to the detriment of your tenants. Mutual benefit.
After more than 17 years as a rental property, my investment needed more than a few repairs to enhance its rental appeal and attract good tenancy. I live interstate and it would have been an inordinate challenge for me to obtain quotes and to co-ordinate and supervise trades and services for the contemplated works. Fortunately Dingle Partners was able to provide a comprehensive range of services, and their approach and the management of the execution of these works was thoroughly professional. I was able to improve my rental return considerably resulting in a payback period of around 2 years." "I recommend Dingle Partners most highly
