"Best of the best!"

GENUINE, TRUSTWORTHY AND PROFESSIONAL !! Some of the main things that pop to mind after Robert listed and sold my home under the hammer. From the first meeting with Robert, not only did I feel comfortable but the respect, attitude and professionalism showed by Robert was something that I will never forget. I was always sceptical in selling a home with an agent outside of my area but after Robert being referred by a friend of a friend, I was never disappointed from the get go. Being in Real Estate myself, I knew how it worked as well as how they worked....well the majority of them anyhow! Not with Robert! Talk about down to earth but the way in which he dealt with everything from day dot is a testament to his hard work and dedication. I can now say I have come away with not only a more than profitable sale but a friend in which I would have no hesitation in recommending to anybody or anywhere. From myself and my family, Robert, thank-you for being who you are and what you do best. Cheers my friend.

"Great Agent, Great Team, Great Outcome"

Thank you for making my sale and auction an easy streamlined process. We agreed on an approach and I allowed you to get on with it which you did, very little input from me and a result that I am very happy with. I have friends who listed with another agent and were very disappointed with their sale which came in well under mine. Will recommend you, 5 Stars to both you and Andrew :)

"I could not fault Robert and his team at Harcourts"

Right from the start Robert and Andrew from Harcourts demonstrated a very high level of professionalism giving us the confidence to list and sell the property. This professionalism continued throughout the entire process. The time and effort shown at the open house inspections together with the constant updates providing statistics on prospective purchases were invaluable. Every service offered by Robert was performed with a very high standard. It was a pleasure dealing with this company, the customer service shown by Robert , Andrew and the office staff was exceptional. I would not hesitate to use their services again and would highly recommend any seller or buyer to give them a go.

"Exceptional agent!!!"

Robert and his team made the whole process of selling our house extremely easy, they embodied professionalism and our result was far above what we expected. I would highly recommend them, Robert was especially excellent during the auctioneering process by great public speaking, being enthusiastic and persistent to drive the auction further. We are very happy with our result! Thanks Robert!

"Dynamic, Professional, Friendly Realestate Agent"

I had the pleasure of dealing with Robert Ozzimo and his highly professional team of agents for the sale of my home of 33 years which I dearly loved and during this time I found Robert to be very respectful, trustworthy and knowledgeable about the local area where I lived. I hold Robert with the highest integrity and was very proud to have Harcourts Rata & Co conduct the sale of my home. I was able to sell at a price in excess of my expectations and could not have done so without his professional advice. If you appoint Robert Ozzimo as your agent you will be extremely happy with your choice and you will receive a very successful outcome.

"Robert Ozzimo"

Having lived in the home for 30 years, the thought of selling the property was overwhelming but the way Robert led the way in guiding and assuring myself and my husband are second to none. His professionalism is impeccable and his command and expertise of the property market outstanding. We did our homework and attended several auctions before ours to not only gauge the market but also to see Robert's work in action; and may I say how amazingly incredible this young man is at steering the auction. He's a real dynamite and so suited to his job. I can only wish him every success in his future and whatever endeavours he may make. An excellent job!! and I would certainly highly recommend him and Harcourts as a whole to any would-be seller or buyer. In fact, I have already been spreading the news!! Well done to you Robert and to all your team. Keep on keeping on!! Our sincerest, heartfelt gratitude to you and all at Harcourts!!
