Robert was courteous and professional all times. You can not get better sales than him in Sydney. His team also advised me on how to reno before the sale. Impeccable service of value.
"The sale of our home was extremely smooth & stress free, Robert has a refreshingly honest approach and showed excellent communication skills...."
"Robert achieved a sale price of $35,000 more than we expected plus he secured the sale in two and a half weeks of listing our home!"
"Selling and buying a property are stressful events. Roberts experience and genuine and friendly nature makes the process significantly more pleasant for all."
At all times Mr. McElhone and staff displayed a professional attitude in regard to all of our requirements. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr. McElhone and his agency to any prospective client.
I also want to thank and compliment you on the professional and helpful way in which the sale has been handled. I will have no hesitation in recommending you in the future to anyone I know who is planning to sell or purchase.
Your calm and objective advice when the haggling started was also appreciated and valuable. The outcome- at 3pm on Christmas Eve - was hard fought and welcome.
" ...it was due to your persistence and excellent negotiation skills that the unit was sold at the best possible price and in only a few short weeks."
"I just wanted to say thank you for yesterday. I really appreciated your honesty as an agent and think you played very fairly and really appreciate your efforts."
Huge result indeed which I must attribute to your fantastic efforts. I am over the moon with the sale!
